About the Presenter Chelsea Mitchell, PsyD is a licensed clinical psychologist and associate director of the Kentucky Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders (KYCARDS), providing evidence-based mental health services for children, adolescents, and families. She specializes in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Transdiagnostic Treatment (Unified Protocol), utilizing developmentally appropriate evidence-based interventions. Specialty areas include obsessive compulsive disorder, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, separation anxiety, phobias, body-focused repetitive behaviors, and post-traumatic stress disorder. She provides evidence-based research presentations both locally and nationally. Dr. Mitchell completed her doctoral degree in clinical psychology at Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky and received her BA from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame Indiana.
