Classified Description Graven & Associates has part-time and full-time openings for technicians. Experience in psychological and/or neuropsychological testing is recommended. Applicants must be temp or fully licensed in psychology at the Masters level in the state of Kentucky or eligible to be licensed at that level. Supervision will be provided. We provide hourly pay, administrative support, billing, a variety of testing equipment, and new office furnishings. Applicants will gain a great amount of experience testing patients of various ages and diagnoses by directly working with licensed psychologists and neuropsychologists on their cases. Job Requirements:

  4. Has at least 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders
  5. Pediatric mental health experience is a plus
  6. A reliable form of transportation.
  7. A class D (regular) driver’s license.
  8. Willing to travel amongst our offices, as needed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and complete service documentation such as psychosocial assessments, progress notes, case reviews, court reports, letters, etc., according to prescribed standards.
  • Perform clinical services including intakes and counseling services using evidence based and person centered modalities.
  • Collaborate with external agents including school officials, family members, physicians, and other health agencies as needed.
  • Attend and participate in staff meetings, treatment planning meetings, and case collaboration as deemed appropriate.
  • Administer Psychological, Neuropsychological and Psychoeducational evaluations, analyze data, write evaluation reports and provide feedback in a timely manner.
  • Supervise and support Licensed Psychological Associates as allowed by state guidelines

Part-time, flexible, remote, independent contractor position.

Hogrefe Publishing is looking for psychological and educational professionals to join our team of experienced examiners who collect standardization data for our clinical and educational assessments. Your role is to recruit and test qualified participants and submit the data to Hogrefe Publishing for inclusion in the pilot studies, norming sample or validity studies. You will work with internal staff to become fluent in administration of the tests, to understand who a qualified candidate is and to learn the processes and procedures for collecting and submitting data.

Responsibilities Recruiter

  • Utilize recruiting materials and guidelines provided by Hogrefe Publishing.
  • Locate qualified candidates for testing considering the sample requirements, inclusion and exclusion criteria.
  • Submit profiles of qualified candidates to internal Hogrefe Publishing staff for consideration.Test Administrator
  • Secure appropriate location for testing (i.e., your home or office, your participant’s home, other quiet and private space).
  • Schedule testing sessions with approved participants.
  • Administer the test following the specific requirements outlined in training, support materials and test materials.
