At Viewpoint Psychological Services, we've spent two decades building something intentional: a group practice where clinicians have the flexibility to design a schedule that works for their lives, a steady stream of referrals matched to their interests, and a real community of colleagues to lean on. We handle the administrative weight (scheduling, billing, EHR, credentialing support) so you can focus on providing excellent clinical care. We're growing, and we're looking for the right person to grow with us.
ABOUT THE ROLE: This is a W2 employee position in either Florence or Crestview Hills, KY, with a flexible schedule so you can build a caseload that fits your life and clinical interests. We have a current priority need for a clinician with experience working with children and adolescents. Strong generalists and clinicians with other specialties are also encouraged to apply.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: one of the following active, independent Kentucky licenses is required:

- Work with at least one of the following populations: children, adolescents, couples, or families
- Be credentialed on insurance panels (or eligible)
- Demonstrate professionalism and a genuine commitment to quality care
- Be dependable, warm, collegial, and a good communicator
Please note: Our practice does not treat addiction or substance use as a primary presenting issue. Candidates whose clinical experience is focused primarily in substance abuse may not be the right fit.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive compensation: $65,000 – $100,000/year (percentage-of-collections basis)
- Flexible schedule: (25 clients per week to be eligible for benefits)
- Choice of location: Crestview Hills or Florence, KY

- HIPAA-compliant Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Furnished private office space
- On-boarding support so you hit the ground running
- Regular team meetings and peer consultation groups
- Professional development opportunities
