Classified Description Bellarmine University invites applications for a Post-Doctoral Psychology Fellowship. This full time (40 hours a week) position is housed within Bellarmine's Counseling Center in the Division of Student Affairs and begins August 1, 2019. The fellowship involves a range of responsibilities including individual counseling, group counseling, psychological assessment, crisis intervention, triage assessment, consultation with University departments, clinical supervision of 1-2 doctoral practicum student(s), outreach programming, and other special projects as assigned. The fellow participates as a member of the Counseling Center senior staff and will be directly supervised by the Counseling Center Director. The fellow will receive an hour of weekly individual supervision and two hours of group supervision/didactics in weekly case conference. Minimum Qualifications:
•Minimum high school diploma
•Associate’s degree or business school preferred

•Must have strong organization, project management and problem-solving skills

Full-time position and ideal hours are during business hours. Pay starts at $10-$13 per hour, depending on experience. Those with advanced degrees would be paid more in line with educational experiences and training.

The Louisville Center for Eating Disorders is a growing eating disorder clinic looking for the services of a proactive administrator to coordinate schedules for clients in our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for eating disorders. This is a 3 hour, 5 days a week program to help individuals suffering from a severe eating disorder. If you have any experience with administration and/or working with mental health clinics, this will be an asset to this position. Intermediate to advanced writing and typing skills (for email contact and schedule creation), as well as strong attention to detail and follow-up, are also critical for this role. A college degree is not required, but a partial or full degree may also be an asset to this position. The breakdown of this position consists of approximately 60% client contact and 40% staff contact. Organization and time management of tasks are also a must for this job. The coordination portion of this role consists of creating schedules for the clients in the IOP, seeking approval from the clinicians on each client's case, and calculating and collecting payment for the program fees, attending IOP treatment team meetings, as well as consulting with and working with clients in our IOP program. Working as a team with our staff and the client are necessary to ensure that the correct schedule is created and that it is the most effective schedule for the client's individualized treatment plan. If you are a proactive person who is strong at working with clients, has excellent attention to detail, and would like to be a part of a friendly and caring staff, this could be your next long-term role.
